Your dashboard is your command center—it gives you a full overview of what’s happening with your projects, finances, and upcoming responsibilities. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll find and how to make the most of it:

🏗️ Project Summary at a Glance

When you first land on your dashboard, you'll see a summary of all your projects, which includes:

  • Opportunities (quotes/proposals in progress)

  • Active & Signed Projects

  • Finances and Invoices (keep tabs on what’s been billed, what’s pending, and what’s overdue)

✅ To-Do Section: Stay on Top of Today

Scroll down to find the To-Dos section. This is where you’ll see:

  • Today’s Meetings

  • Today’s Project Tasks

It’s your daily checklist, so you never miss a beat.

Note: If you want to preview other meetings and tasks not scheduled for today, simply go to the left side navigation menu of your screen and click on the Schedule section. Each meeting and task will be shown there and is color-coded per project for you to easily differentiate them.

🔔 Automated Sales Task Reminders

A bit further down, you’ll find Automated Sales Task Reminders. These smart nudges are designed to help you follow through on pre-construction activities. Examples include:

  1. Projects haven’t received a quote ≥ 48 hours:
You need to send a quote or estimate—it's been more than 48 hours since the project was created.

  2. Projects have received a quote ≥ 48 hours ago but haven’t signed the contract yet:
You’ve already sent a quote, but it's been over 48 hours, and the client hasn’t signed yet.

This reminder gives you a gentle push to follow up—check in if they have questions, clarifications, or need to discuss changes.

Tip: If there are more items, tap "Load More" to see the rest.

🏗️ Automated Project Task Reminders

Keep scrolling and you’ll find Automated Project Task Reminders. These focus on signed or ongoing projects and help you maintain momentum. You’ll be reminded when:

  1. Projects haven’t received a milestone updates ≥ 5 days:
A milestone has had no progress update in over 5 days—time to log your latest development.

  2. Upcoming break ground date with projected start date:
A new project is approaching its projected start date, and you should prepare for the groundbreaking.

Tip: Tap "Load More" here too if you have additional reminders.

This smart dashboard helps you stay organized and proactive, so nothing falls through the cracks, whether you’re closing deals or managing construction in the field.
