How to connect your QuickBooks account
What syncs between Eano and QuickBooks
How expenses, invoices, and accounts work
Overview of syncing options
Here are the main sync options Eano provides with Quickbooks Online.
Expenses will be the most common things moving across both platforms. Create an expense in Eano, and it’ll show up in Quickbooks. To make sure it doesn’t overwrite anything in Quickbooks, it’s differentiated as purchase order so you can easily identify them.
Expenses in Quickbooks that you see displayed in the Eano finance tab can be assigned to an account in Eano, which will then show up in the corresponding project finance tab.
Vendors setup in Eano, automatically will be available to pay in Quickbooks.
Invoices you create in Eano, will appear in Quickbooks, and if updated with a payment status, will reflect in Quickbooks. Creating an invoice in Quickbooks will not make it appear in Eano.
AP accounts in Quickbooks will appear in the Eano payment methods when creating expenses in Eano, so you can track which account from which to pay.
