Export Project-Specific, Global, or Date-Specific Income data

Overview

The Income Export feature allows you to download your income data from Eano Pro into an Excel-compatible CSV file.

This makes it easier to:

  • Perform deeper financial analysis

  • Merge Eano data with other tools

  • Share clean reports with bookkeepers or CPAs


Where You Can Export Income Data

Income exports are available from the Finance module at two levels:

Global Finance View

  • Exports income across your business

  • May respect the currently selected date range

  • Useful for high-level financial reporting

Project-Specific Finance View

  • Exports all income data for a single project

  • Useful for job-level analysis and reconciliation


How to Export Income Data

  1. Go to the Finance tab

  2. Choose either:

    • Global finance view, or

    • A specific project’s finance tab

  3. Click Export Income Data

  4. Download the CSV file

  5. Open the file in Excel or another spreadsheet tool


Data Included in the Export

Each CSV export includes all income items with the following fields:

  • Project ID

  • Project Name

  • Client Name

  • Milestone Name / Invoice Number

  • Source

  • Status

  • Invoice Sent Date

  • Amount Due

  • Amount Received

  • Payment Method

  • Paid Date

This ensures your exported data is complete and ready for analysis.


Common Use Cases

Contractors commonly use income exports for:

  • Monthly or yearly income reviews

  • Tax preparation

  • Payment reconciliation

  • Advanced Excel analysis (pivot tables, filters, merges)
