Can Someone Be Both a Team Member and a Subcontractor in Eano Pro?
At the moment, Eano Pro does not support having the same person act as both an internal team member and an external subcontractor under a single account. Each user profile can only belong to one role type.
This limitation is already on our roadmap, and we’re exploring ways to support more flexible role assignments in future updates.
In the meantime, here are two reliable workarounds:
Workaround 1 — Create Two Separate Accounts
If you need the same individual to operate in both roles, the simplest solution is to create two separate accounts:
Each account must use a different phone number or email.
The user will switch accounts depending on whether they’re working as your internal team or as a subcontractor on a project.

Most email services allow “email aliases” using a +tag, such as:
These aliases still deliver to the same inbox but allow Eano Pro to treat them as different accounts. This can make account management much easier.
Workaround 2 — Choose One Role
If having two accounts feels too complicated, you can simply choose the role that makes the most sense for how this person works with your team:

*External subcontractor/vendor
