This guide walks you through how the new milestone-generated invoices work.

Whenever you create or update a milestone with a payment amount, Eano Pro automatically generates a linked invoice that includes:
Invoice preview
PDF download
Custom notes and messages
Attachments (photos, documents)
Credit card fee pass-through
Consistent invoice formatting
1. Open Milestones for Any Project
Go to Projects
Select your project
Open the Milestones tab
📸 Project → Milestones tab
2. Open the Invoice Preview
Click any milestone and select Preview Invoice.
Inside the preview, you can:
See the full invoice layout
Confirm milestone amount
Check taxes or fees
Download the PDF

3. Add Notes, Messages & Attachments
Before sending the invoice, you can customize:
Message to client
Notes/Instructions
Attachments (photos, signed documents, permits, etc.)
Credit-card-fee pass-through

4. Send or Request Payment
Once everything looks correct:
Click Confirm & Send Invoice to immediately notify your client, or
More Actions > choose to Export or Mark As Paid
