Every client is different — some want all the details, while others prefer a clean, simplified quote.

With this new feature, you’re in control of what information is shown, so you can tailor your presentation without changing your internal scope setup.


✨ What’s New

  • Hide details: Choose to hide cost type, quantity, unit, or even item prices.

  • Flexible pricing view: Collapse or expand grouped pricing sections.

  • True-to-client preview: Instantly preview quotes exactly as your client will see them.

  • No disruption: Your internal scope data remains intact for your team.


✅ How to Use It

  1. Go to your Opportunity > Preview & Send Quote before sending.

  2. Look for the Visibility Settings panel.

  1. Toggle on/off what you want the client to see (e.g., hide Quantities, Unit).

  1. Collapse or expand grouped pricing if you prefer to show a summary.

  1. Click Preview as Client to confirm the final look.

  2. Once satisfied, hit Send Quote to Client — your client sees only what you allow.
