Now it’s easier than ever to put together a quote using our new chat-style interface. This is particularly handy on mobile where you’re working quickly, and don’t have a keyboard and mouse at hand. By answering a few quick questions, you can set up a quote for almost any project in just a few minutes.
Access this by tapping the chat icon in the lower right corner.
Click the blue man in the bottom right corner:
Step 2: Tell the Bot What You Need
After clicking the icon, you can either type your request or send a voice message describing the project you'd like to generate estimates for.
Step 3: Receive AI-Generated Estimates
The chatbot will process your input and provide you with AI-generated project estimates within seconds.
Step 4: Review and Confirm
Tap “See details and confirm” to review the estimate.
If everything looks good, simply click the blue button at the bottom right “Confirm” to move forward. If not, you can click on the other button that says “Regenerate”
Step 5: Opportunity Created!
Once confirmed, a new opportunity is automatically created via the app.
Add Project Details in Real Time
From there, you can easily fill in other key details like:
Project address
Client information
Internal notes
This can all be done on-site during your meeting with the client, so you can post updates in real-time. Exciting, right?
Important Note:
All team roles currently have access to the chatbot interface. However, field worker team members cannot create new opportunities using AI-generated estimates.
If they attempt to do so, the chatbot will notify them that they don’t have the necessary permissions.
