This is where you’ll send invoices and share progress photos for each milestone with your customers. Let’s go through the process step by step!

When you create a project, Eano Pro automatically generates a default payment milestone schedule for you. As your construction project progresses, you can upload photos and notes for each milestone, allowing your customer to review the work.

Once you mark a milestone as completed, the invoice is automatically sent to the customer. If there are change orders during construction, they will be added as new payment milestones to the project.

Step 4: Customizing payment milestones

When you create an estimate, our system automatically distributes payment milestones for you.

💰 The total amount will be automatically divided into Payment Milestones (Schedule)—if you’re happy with the default setup, no action is needed.

If you’d like to customize the schedule, simply click the Edit Milestones button to adjust it to your needs.

Once you click the button shown above, a sidebar will appear, and you can edit the payment milestone per your request.

Here is an article that tells you how to create a payment milestone template, so just click on the button “ choose from template” as shown below

Then the amount will be redistributed based on your template percentage.

You can also customize the amount ($ Dollars) or percentage (% Percentage) of each milestone. As long as the total would be 100% or tallied to the total construction cost.

Once you’re satisfied with your customized milestones, scroll down and then click on the Save button on the bottom right.
