Steps to Upload Your Scope Templates

1. Navigate to the Scope Template Section

Log in to your Eano Pro account.

Click on the Resource icon in the left navigation menu.

Click on Scope Templates in the dropdown menu.

2. Start a New Scope Template Upload

On the Scope Templates page, click the AI-Generated Templates.

Browse your local files and select the scope template file you want to upload.

Supported file formats include PDF, Word, and Excel.

Click Upload to import the file into Eano Pro.

3. Review and Edit the Scope Template

Once uploaded, the template will be generated with the AI tool in 24 hours in the Eano Pro system.

You can manually edit details such as:

Template name

Project phases

Budget breakdown

Line items and descriptions

Click Save to finalize the changes.

AI-Powered Scope Generation

Eano Pro’s AI technology can automatically generate a scope template based on the file uploaded by the GC. Here’s how it works:

Upload a Relevant File

When you upload a project-related document (such as a past scope template or estimate), Eano Pro’s AI will analyze the content.

AI Processing

The AI system extracts key details such as project type, budget allocation, and line items.

It then generates a structured scope template based on the extracted data.

Review and Customize

Once the AI-generated scope template is ready, you can review and make any necessary modifications.

Adjust descriptions, pricing, and timelines as needed.

Save and Use

Once satisfied, click Save and the scope template will be available for use in your projects.

By using Eano Pro’s scope template upload feature and AI-powered generation tool, you can save time, maintain consistency, and enhance project efficiency.
