Click on the Login button as shown below:

After clicking on the Login button, it will redirect you to the page below

You have the option to use either your Phone Number or Email Address to enter in the red box highlighted below.

Note: Use the Phone Number or Email Address you shared with us to create your account/registration.

Once you hit the Login button, it will require you to type in the Confirmation Code.

> If you typed in your Phone Number, kindly check your phone for the 6-digit Confirmation Code sent via SMS. If you don’t receive via sms, try email next.

> Email: In case you haven’t received any code in your Inbox -> kindly check your Spam/Junk folder. Then look for the 6-digit Confirmation Code.

Note: In case it’s in your Spam folder, please click on the button “Report Not Spam”,

This is to ensure future emails will be delivered to your inbox.

Once you have the 6-digit Confirmation Code, type it in the red box above.

Note: If the code has expired, simply click the blue text “Resend Code” above the Login blue button.

After typing in the 6-digit Confirmation Code, click on the Login button

And the page will reload to display your dashboard, as shown below:

Eano Pro does not use passwords. Instead, you log in using a 6-digit verification code that’s sent to the email or phone number you enter on the login screen. Once you type in your email or phone number, you’ll receive the code immediately, and entering that code logs you into your account — no password setup or reset needed.

We use this system because it’s faster, simpler, and more secure than passwords. You’ll also remain logged in on your device unless you specifically choose to log out.

Do not download Eano Pro on iPad. "Eano Pro" will not work on the iPAD.

Once Eano Pro HD is downloaded, open it, and the Notification Permission prompt will appear.

We encourage you to click on “Allow” to ensure that you will receive all notifications from the Eano Pro app to help you monitor and stay updated on every progress or movement of your projects.

The logging in is the same as the website version, where you click on the Login button for the prompt will appear.

Enter your Email or Phone Number then click on the Login blue button.

After that, the prompt to enter your 6-digit code will appear.

Then you will receive a 6-digit confirmation code either via SMS (if you entered your phone number) or via email (if you entered your email address)

After typing in the 6-digit Confirmation Code, you may now click on the Continue button

And the app will reload to display your dashboard, same as the desktop version.
